Hi JPMorgan Chase team, I’m Nick, a Creative Director who loves building brands and teams for fast-growth digital businesses.


Why I think I’d be a good fit for JPMorganChase

  • I co-built and sold Shoreditch creative agency, Albion. I get the commercial imperative.

  • I’ve worked both agency and in-house in very high-pressure environments. I love creating blended agency and in-house teams for projects.

  • I’m a natural collaborator and love to pull things together. I love working with young creatives, smart teams, ambitious CMOs, and emerging technologies.

  • Experience across all parts of the marketing mix: above-the-line, social, PR, events, influencer marketing, eCRM, acquisition marketing etc.

  • Experience working on everything from multinational brands like Coke and Nike, to start-ups.


A sample of my work:

My latest challenge was to evolve Shoreditch fintech, Chip from being a handy savings app for the perennial spender to being a proper digital wealth management platform. I collaborated with the product and marketing teams to align the vision for the brand and experience around agreed personas. I can’t show the full PDF but here’s a snapshot. This work is now being rolled out…


My agency Albion specialised in fast-growth digital businesses. Skype was a foundation client back in 2004. Then it was a dry “P2P Voip” download page. The challenge was to convince your mother to download it and think of it as the new way to call.


I have also built creative teams and brands from the inside. I am really proud of the Farmdrop brand and team that I led for a couple of years. The brand was acquired by Planet Organic.
